WATERPROOF & BREATHABLE LEATHER

Ajax ski gloves are water-resistant and breathable sturdy and comfortable. Both the back and palm of the glove are covered with cowhide leather that undergoes a unique tanning process that turns regular leather into water-resistant breathable HydraHyde leather. Best of all the water-resistant benefits of HydraHyde last for the lifetime of the glove. Meaning you'll never have to remember to purchase balm every season to protect your favorite pair of gloves. SBR foam padding on the back of the hand provides added comfort and durability for extra wear and tear. The gloves are fleece-lined and insulated with Type J water-resistant 100-gram 3M Thinsulate insulation for warmth without added bulk.

      TERMS OF SERVICE

      Level 1 works hard to ship orders in as timely and efficient a manner as possible. Most orders received between Monday and Friday are shipped within two business days, though during the Holidays, special sales and when back-ordered products are finally in stock, it may take a few extra days to get things shipped.

      We provide our customers with a variety of shipping options with pricing based on the weight of their order, the area (or Country) to which the order is being shipped, and the amount of time allotted for the shipment to arrive at its destination.

      Level 1 is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or inaccurate address information provided by our customers, or packages lost in transit, though we'll do our best to help resolve any situations that come up!

      International customers: Orders shipped via the Priority International
      option typically take 6-10 business days to arrive and come with
      a tracking number. Orders placed with the First-Class International
      option typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive and do not come with tracking number!

      Just a heads up that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are not included in the total cost of your order. If you’re unsure whether or not this will apply to you, please check with your local customs office before you proceed. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost if you were to incur any.       RETURN POLICY

      Level 1 believes in a 100% money back guarantee on ALL of our DVDs, clothing, and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, unopened, or unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (note: Shipping costs will still apply). Final sale and sale items are excluded. Defective items may be returned after use up to 30 days for refund or exchange. We may refuse the right to return items that are damaged from heavy wear and tear or washing.

      To return your items or receive a replacement:

      1. Contact Level 1 at customerservice@level1productions.com. In the subject line, please specify 'refund' or 'replacement'.

      2. Include your order confirmation number, name, address, and reason for return in the body of the email.

      3. We'll email you back with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
